I graduated from Layla Martin’s Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality with special training in Female Sexuality and Relationship Transformations. My intention to hold this space is to help you discover your authentic pleasure, create your own practices, liberate your senses and create a relationship with yourself, sex and love that will enrich your life!
I’m trained in somatic tools, tantric practices and integration practices. I have trauma-informed continued education training in nervous system awareness, inner child integration, shadow work and non violent communication tools and practices.
I’m here to share this knowledge of these tools and practices so you can thrive in your relationships and in the relationship with yourself most importantly! I coach couples, singles and family dynamics to educate parents or young adults accompanied by a parent or guardian.
